To become a Licensed Fiduciary by the State of Arizona, a person must demonstrate a minimum level of education and experience, pass thorough background and credit checks and pass an examination demonstrating competency in Guardianship, Conservatorship and Personal Representative issues. The applicant must be conversant in the adjudication process, mandatory duties, surrogate decision making and financial administration and management and show familiarity with ARS §§ 14 and 46.

The team of professionals at Northern Arizona Fiduciaries, Inc. believes that being asked to assist with the care of their clients and their assets is both a privilege and a serious responsibility.
Whether acting as a Guardian, Conservator, Power of Attorney, or in another trusted role, we recognize that it takes a broad range of skills to effectively service the needs of our clients. It requires more than the typical one person fiduciary office, or more costly legal office, can provide.
Depending on our client’s needs, we can provide complete fiduciary services, including the coordination of legal and health care services as well as the management of financial and personal matters.
