State of Arizona Licensed Fiduciary
Northern Arizona Fiduciaries, Inc. is licensed and bonded and adheres to the standards published in ACJA §§7-201, 7-202. NAF operates under Arizona Supreme Court License # 20198 and Supreme Court oversight. NAF strictly upholds the Fiduciary Code of Conduct found in ACJA §7-202(J). NAF also is held to national standards of practice and ethics.
To become a Licensed Fiduciary by the State of Arizona, a person must demonstrate a minimum level of education and experience, pass thorough background and credit checks and pass an examination demonstrating competency in Guardianship, Conservatorship and Personal Representative issues. The applicant must be conversant in the adjudication process, mandatory duties, surrogate decision making and financial administration and management and show familiarity with ARS §§ 14 and 46.
