Meet Our Staff
Licensed Fiduciaries are required to have at least 10 hours of continued credit education annually, post a professional bond, and adhere to all the requirements under Arizona Code of Judicial Administration Sections 7-201 and 7-202, in addition to complying with all state and local statutes.
Non-Licensed personnel are required to attend 2 state training programs annually, either in person, on-line, in office, or through classes.
Carla M. Jones
Carla M. Jones, an Arizonian, began her fiduciary career in 1997. In 1999 Ms. Jones became a Licensed Fiduciary through the Arizona Supreme Court. Later that year, Ms. Jones became a Registered Guardian through the National Guardianship Association. From 2002 to present, Carla has been the principal fiduciary and owner of Northern Arizona Fiduciaries, Inc in Prescott, Arizona. With over 19 years experience in the fiduciary field, Ms. Jones has handled a multitude of complex cases, including interstate, multi-jurisdictional and international issues. Ms. Jones has assisted The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office, Prescott Police Department, Adult Protective Services, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, and other local and state agencies in the recovery of assets and the prosecution of criminals in financial exploitation and adult abuse cases.
Ms. Jones employs a staff of 5. Carla has been a presenter on multiple fiduciary issues in various community programs and for the Yavapai Country Bar Association’s Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Jones has provided testimony as an Expert Witness in fiduciary and trust litigation lawsuits.
Ms. Jones is a member and past board member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association and a member of the National Guardianship Association.
In addition to Ms. Jones fiduciary career, she was a member of the Prescott Kiwanis Club for many years and served as a past board member and chaired 3 committees including Major Emphasis, Youth Services, Family Services, and Scholarship Committee. When not serving the community as a professional and volunteer, Ms. Jones and her family love to camp, hike, fish, ride, and enjoy all the outdoors have to offer.
Beverly Gloden has served as Northern Arizona Fiduciaries second in command since 2002, after many years in home health care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Her passion, genuine concern and compassion for the clients she serves is unchallenged.
Beverly assists with the everyday operations of a very busy fiduciary office with grace and ease. She also facilities the marshaling of the client’s assets and property coordination with integrity and pride.
Beverly enjoys the nature of Prescott and the trails that wind through the area. She has raised a beautiful daughter and finds joy in the company of her grandson. Being a companion for her mother has only enhanced her vision and priorities to make her even more effective in the world of caring for others.
Pamela Smith, with an extensive background in organization and strategic expertise in various account management positions, Pam Smith brings a broad and truly global perspective to her strategic role as an accounts manager.
Pam joined Northern Arizona Fiduciaries in July 2014 and has made meaningful contributions in every company endeavor assigned to her responsibility. Her role lends integrity and confidence to performance and productivity, strictly adhering to meeting deadlines and schedules. Willingness to take on any task and contributing with new and innovative ideas adds a fresh perspective. Daily interactions are welcomed with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help.
Within the past few years, Pam has implemented new procedures and processes to streamline financial record keeping for future growth and maintenance to welcome new clients into our administration. Giving way to a more personal, and hands-on approach to our clients’ needs and concerns.
Always willing to grow in knowledge, Pam continues to attend national conferences and additional seminar opportunities to expand her experience in all fiduciary aspects including Trust Management to provide excellence and security for our clients.
Julee Pierson obtained her fiduciary license and has been a Northern Arizona Fiduciaries, Inc. employee since 1996. Her passion is caring for our clients. She does this in various ways and with the utmost compassion and concern for their well-being and best interests. Julee thinks of our clients as if they are family and takes care of many of their day to day needs. From scheduling and attending medical appointments, attending care plan meetings at the various facilities where our clients reside, coordinating transportation to medical appointments, shopping for clothing or personal items, or just making a visit to check in on the welfare of our clients.
Julee has earned her Gerontology Certificate from Yavapai College. She also received her Caregivers Certificate in 2008. She is preparing to sit for her National Guardianship Certificate. She enjoys attending gerontology conferences and continuing education opportunities.
In her time away from work, Julee enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with her grandkids, yoga and being outside.
